This Cork hotel has just launched Cork’s most unique Sunday roast

And trust us when we say it was DELISH!

If you’re a fan of Sunday roasts then you’re in luck, because The River Lee Hotel has just launched a very unique take on this classic dish.

The Roast Club, The Grill Room’s special Sunday lunch offering completely turns the traditional expectations of a Sunday Roast on its head. Served on a sharing platter for two, this elevated experience combines three premium Irish meats that are perfect for sharing, without having to sacrifice on the very best quality or choice.

This delectable trio includes a pan-fried Quigley’s Angus steak with grilled asparagus, a rack and shoulder of Quigley’s lamb with shallot and thyme stuffing and a roast supreme of Irish chicken with foie gras duxelles.
