Cork city just got a brand new garden brunch cafe

Another great addition to Cork’s brunch scene!

Alert the group chats, STAT – Cork city just got a brand new outdoor brunch spot.

Setting up shop on Proby’s Quay, the very aptly named ‘Proby’s Kitchen‘ has just opened it’s doors for the first time, and honestly, it looks like heaven!

Owned by the folks behind the iconic Liberty Grill and Cafe Gusto, Proby’s Kitchen will serve brunch every weekend in their outdoor garden terrace, ‘Proby’s Garden’.

The garden offers a small, delectable brunch menu of ricotta pancakes with banana and honeycomb butter, coconut French toast with coconut and maple yogurt and strawberries, and pancetta hash with sage fried eggs and Aleppo pepper, along with fresh juices and artisan coffee.

Proby’s Cafe also serves breakfast seven days a week via Deliveroo alongside Cafe Gusto and Liberty Grill as part of their new ‘Breakfast Club’ offering, available daily from 8am – noon.

Still a work in process, the team are currently working on building the interior of Proby’s Kitchen which will hopefully be ready for Autumn. You can check out Cork’s newest garden oasis now over at Proby’s Quay, just down from St Fin Barre’s Cathedral.
