Here’s when and where you can park for free in the City for the next 6 weeks

Cork City Council have just announced the return of their Free Parking Promotion for the Christmas season.

Starting from November 4th and running until December 24th, visitors to the city centre will be able to park for free at Paul Street car park and North Main Street car park every Thursday and Friday from 6:30pm, with normal charges applying outside of these times.

The initiative aims to get more people into the city centre to shop and dine in local shops and restaurants during Christmas in a bid to boost the economy.

North Main Street car park will close at 9:30pm, and Paul Street car park will remain open until midnight. You can get directions for North Main Street car park here, and Paul Street car park here.
