We got a sneak peak of Cork’s brand new microbrewery

Originally a bakery back in 1826, Thompson’s is now fully-functional microbrewery, full of vintage charm.

Fresh craft beer is brewed on-site, visible towards the back of the premises under high, wooden-beamed ceilings alongside the stone pizza-oven.

Thompson’s has an open-air kitchen, where diners can watch the chef’s prepare some local Craveourites, such as rotisserie chicken, cheeseburgers and wings.

The bar is full of cosy booths and nooks, perfect for some socially distanced catch-ups!

Try it for yourself at Unit D, Thompson House, MacCurtain Street, or make a reservation here.
