The Season’s Diamond package will be expressed through a new bespoke afternoon tea handcrafted by the hotel’s talented pastry chefs, with beauty boosting spa treatments to ensure you have a ‘pleasing countenance’ and an overnight stay for two in one of their well appointed rooms making it appealing enough to entice even the most ‘rakish of suitors’.

You’ll also receive two signature cocktails inspired by the series to enjoy in Sketch at the Imperial Hotel. In the morning you’ll be both greeted with a delicious a la carte breakfast while you people-watch on Pembroke Street in hopes of discovering the identity of the mysterious Lady Grace who writes about all the local society happenings.
The ‘Seasons Diamond’ afternoon tea features sweet delights named after favourite characters and period elements from the Bridgerton series – some stand out items include the ‘Queens Diamond’, a champagne Jelly, vanilla mascarpone mousse, strawberry compote, pink chiffon sponge, white chocolate case, and the ‘Whistledowns Tea’ a Yuzu mousse, citrus cream and matcha sponge with a chocolate coin.
The afternoon tea also feature some savoury delights and sandwiches, including pulled-chicken with golden raisins and tarragon on choux pastry, a Pastrami Reuben with wild rocket, Ballymaloe relish, Pico de Gallo and original gubbeen cheese, rounding off the savoury tier will be a market smoked salmon mousse garnished with black caviar, fresh dill and classic cucumber sandwich with mint and cream cheese.
The Imperial Hotel proudly boasts a team of expert mixologists who revel in designing creative cocktails that look as good as they taste. Inspired by the Seasons Diamond theme they have created 3 new signature cocktails that are a refreshing taste of summer:
‘Martini Masquerade’ which combines Maharani Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Rhubarb, Mint & Rosemary Syrup and Lime Juice, ‘The Scandal Sheet’ which is a combination of Belvedere Lemon & Basil Infused Vodka, Lemon Juice, Muddled Strawberries and Cucumber, topped up with Elderflower Tonic and finally a non alcoholic cocktail titled ‘Heirs and Graces’ which features Gordons 0.0 Gin, Butterfly Tea, Elderflower Cordial and Lemon Juice.

You’ll begin with 60 minutes in the Vitality Suite which features a hydrotherapy pool, aroma steam room and salt chamber. Then the expert therapists will apply a soothing skin-specific facial using rose facial oil extracted from the petals of various types of roses. The ritual will be completed with an Elemis moisturiser with rose extract, leaving the skin silky smooth.
Take your relaxation to the next level by opting to include an optional extra of a warm oil back, neck and shoulder massage or an Indian head massage with bergamot to uplift your senses.
