The wait is finally over!
Formerly known as Ziggy’s, The Park is Cork’s newest addition to the vibrant bar scene.
Located on the corner of Tuckey Street & South Main Street, The Park is a cosy new hub for cocktails, beer, great music and art lovers. Inside, the aesthetic is a warm & welcoming lounge with a blend of old world, nostalgic & modern pieces, all curated from various local businesses. Expect quirky decor & plenty of conversation starters upon your visit!
All of the table tops inside The Park are hand drawn by budding artist Zoe Pridham, and the bar itself was conceptualised & designed by talented Manager Jules Walsh.
The exterior of the bar, painted by artist Alan Hurley is a nod to the strong women of Ireland’s history, featuring murals of Mary Robinson, Hannah Sheehy Skeffington & Countess Markievicz, so be sure to snap a selfie with these famous ladies!
The cocktails are classic & craft forward, with exciting & tasty specials. Fan favourites include the ‘Pop your Park Cherry’; a sour gin cocktail with cherry liquor, lemon juice and cherry bitters, with the option to be made sweet for the sweeter toothed drinker.
The Park is also a sister to The Rising Sons Brewery on Cornmarket Street, so expect a full line-up of their famous craft beers on tap.
Head over to the corner of Tuckey & South Main Street to get The Park experience for yourself, and be sure to follow their new journey over on Instagram.
