The team over at Oak Fire Pizza have been working on something incredible to celebrate upcoming Paddy’s Day.
Teaming up with Ballymaloe Foods and Tayto Ireland, the beloved pizzeria has just unveiled ‘The Crispy Pint’, and we honestly can’t get enough.
This incredible new concoction is made using Caputo Italian pizza flour base, homemade Napoli sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, spicy pepperoni, topped with cheese and onion Tayto crisps, and drizzled with Ballymaloe Food’s Irish Stout Sauce.
Speaking to Craving Cork about the new pizza, Oak Fire Pizza Customer Relations and Marketing Officer Craig Sykes mentions:
“With St. Patrick’s Day in mind, we wanted to create something truly Irish. It’s our first proper St. Patrick’s Day in 2 years so we wanted to have a bit of fun with it.”
