If you haven’t had a Joes + Bros cookie yet, then you really are missing out.
Joes + Bros became an instant favourite when they first opened on Gillabbey Street in October 2017. The popular Cork cafe has become known for their insanely tasty all-day brunch menu, which features their take on the classic McMuffin, along with gourmet sandwiches, açaí bowls, smoothies and delicious coffee.
They also serve some of the tastiest cookies in Cork, ones that would make even the Cookie Monster himself turn green with envy, with the likes of Kinder Bueno sauce-stuffed cookies, Nutella cookie sambos, Crunchie, Oreo, mint Aero…the list just goes on & on!
Thankfully for us sweet-tooths, Joes + Bros have launched a DIY cookie dough kit, just in time for Christmas. The ‘Christmas Cookie Box’ includes Joes + Bros famous cookie dough, Belgian chocolate for melting + drizzling, and a selection of toppings for you to get creative with.
The perfect Christmas stocking filler, the cookie box is now available via their website for a very reasonable €15.90, and serves 10 (don’t forget to leave some out for Santa himself!)
