Bubble Tea is a traditional Taiwanese drink made of tea and chewy tapioca balls, and it’s fast-becoming hugely popular in Cork!
Plus and Minus is Cork’s newest Bubble Tea cafe, and has seen tremendous interest since opening its doors to the public at the end of June. The family-owned business was set up by a group of entrepreneur graduates from UCC, and they already have their eye on a second location in the city.
Plus and Minus offers a range of traditional flavours, such as matcha, mango and taro flavoured teas – each filled with a mouth-full of popping tapioca bubbles, bursting with exotic flavours!
