Put your diet on hold because the famous ‘chipper burger’ is BACK on the menu at Son of a Bun, and we couldn’t be happier to hear this glorious news of a Monday afternoon.
The restaurant made the announcement this afternoon via social media, stating:
“The Chipper is back tomorrow…..we all need something to look forward to in January.”
In case you’re one of the few people that hasn’t yet heard, the ‘chipper burger’ is a limited edition, next-level burger extravaganza invented by Son of a Bun restaurant.
The chipper burger, one of the dirtiest, tastiest dishes we’ve ever seen, comes with a cheese and onion potato pie sandwiched between two 3oz beef patties smothered in cheddar cheese, curry sauce, mushy peas, and garlic mayo in a fluffy brioche bun.
Ay, caramba!
They brought this absolute BEAST back to their menu because “we all need something to look forward to in January”, and they absolutely understood the assignment in my opinion.
The chipper burger will be available to purchase from tomorrow (January 11) at Son of a Bun restaurant at 29 MacCurtain Street.
