Here’s how we got on at the Birra Moretti event last week

It was one unforgettable evening!

Last Thursday November 14th, Birra Moretti hosted a hidden Italian experience in Cork city, and it was truly a night to remember.

The event was held at the stylish and newly opened Seventy Seven bar on Grand Parade. The talented team at Birra Moretti COMPLETELY transformed the first floor into an Italian oasis, and the place looked incredible!

Long, rustic wooden tables were laid out in the centre of the room which encouraged people to eat, drink and get to know one another across a shared table. Wheat, hops and Birra Moretti merch filled the entire venue and there was plenty of cute photo ops throughout.

The Italian chef arrived to kick off the night in style, setting up in the centre of the room with a live cooking demo. Here the chef whipped up some tasty focaccia and pizza to be sent to the kitchen to bake. The menu included Italian staples such as classic margarita pizza, porchetta sliders, olive all’ascolana, vedure fitte and of course, cannolis for dessert.

The Birra Moretti House Brass Band then arrived and took centre stage. This three-piece band popped in and out throughout the night, brining with them plenty of banter to get the crowd dancing. The Brass Band and the house DJ really set the vibe for the night, which was relaxed, fun and a gave everybody the chance to unwind.

Guests spent the night sipping on complementary Birra Moretti, grazing on Italian cuisine and even got their own Birra Moretti polaroid photos to take home as a keepsake for a wonderful evening.
